Kreative Kollector is a brand of Dreamco LLC. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit kreativekollector.com, place an order, create an account, contact us, or join our email list.
Information we collect
When you order, we collect the information needed to process and deliver your purchase, including your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, optional phone number, products ordered, and transaction details. If you create an account, we also retain your account information and order history. Contact forms collect the details and messages you choose to send. Email signup forms collect your email address and any preferences you provide.
Our website and service providers also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring links, and interactions with the store. Cookies and similar technologies help maintain your cart, recognize a login, remember preferences, protect forms, and support measurement and email services.
How we use information
We use information to process payments, fulfill and track orders, provide customer support, handle returns, maintain accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, and operate and improve the store. If you choose to receive marketing emails, we use your contact details to send product news, offers, and launch updates. Transactional messages, such as order confirmations and shipping updates, are separate from marketing subscriptions.
Payments and service providers
Payment details are handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout, such as Stripe or Amazon Pay. We receive information needed to confirm and manage the transaction, which may include a payment token, transaction identifier, card brand, and last four digits. Do not send full card details through our contact form or email.
We share information as needed with providers that help operate the business. These include website hosting and security services, payment processors, order and inventory systems, fulfillment providers and shipping carriers, and email platforms. The store uses WordPress and WooCommerce, SiteGround hosting, Stripe, Amazon services, Veeqo, Sender, and Omnisend integrations. Information shared with a provider depends on the service used. For example, a carrier needs delivery details, and an email platform needs the information used to deliver and manage messages.
We do not sell, rent, or exchange customer lists with other businesses. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect rights and safety, or resolve a dispute.
Cookies and outside services
Use the cookie notice and available preference controls to manage optional cookie categories. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent carts, account access, or checkout from working properly.
Embedded videos, social links, payment features, and spam protection services may receive technical information when used or loaded. Their providers may recognize you if you are signed in to their services and may collect information about activity across websites under their own privacy policies. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam.
Browser tracking controls and cookie preferences are different controls. A browser Do Not Track setting does not itself configure your cookie choices on this store. You may contact us with a privacy or tracking preference request.
Your choices and requests
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in an email. You may still receive messages needed to complete or support an order. If you have an account, you can review and update available account details after signing in.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to ask about other privacy rights that may apply where you live, email hi@kreativekollector.com or use our contact form. Please describe your request without sending passwords or payment details. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for transactions, tax, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or disputes.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including order support, account administration, business records, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and its purpose. We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and family purchases
Our shopping, account, and email signup services are intended for adults purchasing for themselves or their families. Children should not submit personal information through these services. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and arrange appropriate deletion.
